Appointment, Functions, Duties And Rights Of Identity Card Distribution Officer
(1) The Chief Identity Card Distributing Officer may appoint or assign a Identity Card Distribution Officer as per
requirement for the purpose of distributing Voters Identity Card within the area of municipality or Village Development Committee within such election constituency where has been is provision of distributing
Voters Identity Card.
(2) It shall be the duty of Identity Card Distribution Officer to work in control and direction of Chief Identity Card Distribution Officer.
